This is still a work in progress, and I already nearly let two months pass without posting out of perfectionism. Sometimes, to keep moving forward. you just have to make a best attempt and send it. From what I understand, this is even more important while learning something new. So, that’s what I’m doing today.

I already have the premise and setup for 2 other posts going, and hoped to be posting steadily by year’s end with at least one banked to ensure consistency. But then I encountered some information during my research and some classes I have taken, that leave me discontented with the previous plan. I want to hold my content to a higher standard in general, with a more professional polish. I want to provide more resources than just my ramblings, and hopefully provide more value to those who find my corner of the internet.

And most of all, I keep finding reasons to do more than just a blog. While I still want to keep up with my posting through the years end, I would like to add other options. Creative work can be quite visual, after all; and I have been told I should try a podcast, YouTube channel, or the like. Given that much effort, it would also only be natural for me to add on some social media; to extend my creative work’s reach to more who might benefit from it. But this desire to put my creativity out in even more ways has me considering what to do about one of the current hot topics. AI.

In short, while the advances in AI have uses in general, I believe much of the current implementation is neither wise nor reasonable. I will stop here, as this will be enough for an entire future post. But I do not want what I create being scraped for the use and profit of an AI company without consent, credit, or compensation. I want to create meaningful work that can connect with people on a personal level and offer them inspiration and ideas. This means I must take this into consideration with my own implementation of further online presence.

So, with all this coming into sight, I have rather gotten lost in the weeds when it comes to my basic intent. Posting regularly. As to not allowing a gap to expand, I will post a ramble about all the unfinished work I have to do and hope to present soon. I will continue to work and build momentum towards the content I want to create. And be content that this is at least another step in the right direction, even if not as long or robust as I want my posts to be.

Because sometimes, you need to just send what you have, as it is.
